Bought two years ago with the intentions of moving into it but my partner changed her mind that’s why it’s unfinished. I’m absolutely gutted because I have put a lot of time, effort and money into it but it’s time to move on!
Since buying the house I have had all the floor laminated, all the door frames re sized (I was too tall for the original 6ft ones) with all brand new doors and handles, new work tips ok the kitchen and a new electric cooker. I have also had all the warped ceiling boards replaced with new ply and any parts of the floor was also patched up.
I have bought a brand new bathroom suit including a vanity sink and toilet combo, bath tub with the screen so it can be used as a shower as well and all brand new tiles. These haven’t been installed but everything is there and that might be a good thing considering the homes being moved. The bathroom has been completely boarded out ready to be done. I have included the old photos of the original bathroom I removed. There’s electric there for a mirror as well.
when I emptied the home after buying it I found paper work for the external insulation that’s been fitted over the original rough cast that cost the previous owner £10,000 I have since lost it but you can see in the photographs the original rough case at the top and the newer exterior.
I have all the wallpaper for the ceilings and the insulation paper and glue for the bad bits on the walls and ceilings.
I have all brand new led lights that just need fitting.
I have two full lpg bottle containers and a brand new switchover valve was installed along with the boiler being serviced. The house runs off a one pipe system so the heating will only work once all the radiators are connected.
The top corner of the house needs patching up and the back door will need replacing.
I grew up in one of these on our land and whether your buying for permanent residence or temporary for a home build or holiday home you really can’t get better value for money especially in nowadays.
Again this has been really stressful to me and I’m devastated I have to sell it but I just can’t put any more time or money into it.
Please please please don’t send me insulting offers or waste my time as this is a really stressful time for me personally. Most of the work needed in the house is decorative and someone can really finish it up to their taste. I have spent a bomb and I am losing money on the home and that’s not even taking into consideration what I payed for haulage and prepping the area for the mobile.
Any potential buyer will have to contact us via telephone before viewing and the home must be payed for in full before it’s split.
Buyer to be fully responsible for splitting and transporting of the home.
