The reason I’m selling is because I’m buying a seafront flat in Bridlington so it’s no longer needed.The site is situated 2 miles from Filey, 9miles from Scarborough and about 7 miles from Bridlington. There is a regular bus service to all three locations which passes through the site. Reighton Sands is premier Haven run site with great facilities, It has a very nice swimming pool with outside lazy river, and a challenging full size golf course, It run great facilities for kids and is dog friendly. It has a train that takes you right down to the beach which runs every day, so no long treks. I would suggest you take a look at the Haven Holiday Brochure to check out the whole site and it’s facilities. Or call me and arrange a viewing on 07419208000 and see for yourself. During school holidays this caravan rents out at well over a £1000 per week. So offsetting costs are quite easy, many people use them as a little business and make decent profits. So come and take a look or make an offer, nothing lost. Compared to Havens prices that they sell their second hand vans for this is a real bargain. Again you can check it out on your site visit, I’m sure a salesman will show you around their caravans.
