Top of the range 2 bedroomed static ABI Beaumont (42×14) with the benefit of double glazing, central heating and a large decking area to the front and side affording stunning views of The Fleet Lagoon in Weymouth and the ocean beyond. The plot also benefits from private parking (tarmac) to the side of the caravan as well as a lawn. The caravan has a fantastic spacious layout with a separate kitchen all tastefully decorated in neutral shades. The kitchen has an oven and grill with 5-burner hob and extractor fan. The appliances are all integrated and include a microwave, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher (never been used). It benefits from lots of storage which includes a double doored full size larder and plenty of work surface. There is also a free standing table and four chairs. The living room has a free standing sofa and two recliner chairs, a cold burning effect fireplace and TV unit. The lounge has double patio doors leading out on to the decking. Being a two bedroomed model means that the master bedroom is a very good size with large king size bed and lots of storage including underneath the bed. There is a dressing table and two bedside cabinets. From this bedroom you access a walk in wardrobe which then leads on to an en suite bathroom which includes sink, toilet and bath with shower over. The second bedroom has two full size beds with wardrobe and overhead cupboards. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. The price also includes a storage box situated outside on hard standing outside (new price £610). The site fees for 2027 have not yet been published but for 2026 they were £11,195.00. Overall, this caravan is in immaculate condition and you would be hard pressed to find another at this price and standing, at this location, with the spectacular views it is afforded.
