Set up:
Two singles to the front to make up a double bed. Washroom has cassette toilet, Vanity sink and separate shower cubicle. Rear Kitchen area has cooker. 3 gas ring Hob, Grill and oven. 3 way Fridge. Gas/Electric fire. Gas/Electric water heater.
All appliances checked and shown working.
Privacy windows, large Heki sky light. Curtains, Blinds and fly screens to windows. Wardrobe.
Included is water and waste container. 2 gas tanks. Step. Electric hook up. Water pump. Battery. Motor mover.
Walk through:
The front section of the caravan has a lounge area with large panoramic windows, ‘aircraft-style’ overhead storage cupboards and a chest of drawers with a fold out table, with the wooden slats for the pull out bed rolling out from under these drawers. The furniture in the caravan is finished in attractive ‘Light Soft Oak’. The lounge comfortably seats 4 people. and the seating is upholstered in red Masai fabric, completed by Salamanca design curtains and cushions. Set into the roof of the lounge is a roof light, with a shaded fly screen – this gives the lounge a light and airy feel as well as plenty of ventilation when fully opened.
Moving back through the Elddis Avante, the kitchen is well-appointed and features a 4 ring gas hob with glass lid, separate Midi grill and oven in graphite silver, and a 3-way Dometic fridge with a full width ice box. There is also a brushed stainless steel Argent sink with mixer tap and glass lid. There is plenty of food/cooking utensil storage space, and ample laminate worktops in Turin marble.
In the rear, the spacious bathroom doubles as a changing room and features a fully self-contained shower unit. bathroom cabinets, towel rail, and a large wadrobe with drawers. There is also a Thetford cassette toilet and a wash-basin in a vanity unit as well as a mirror, toothbrush holder and modern duckboards for the floor.
The Truma space heater and Ultrastore water heater both work off electric and gas. The caravan is fitted with both 12V and 240V lighting system. All the windows are fitted with a fly screens, blackout blinds and curtains.
The caravan is built on a BPW Swing V-Tech chassis, fitted with 14″ wheels with wheel trims. There is a hand brake and the caravan is fitted with twin (black and grey) 7 pin towing electrics.
