This Bailey Ranger 540-6 2009 has a Lounge / Dining Area, Kitchen, Bathroom and an End Bedroom / Dinette. The Lounge is at the front of the caravan it has Two Seats, that can be used as Two Single Beds or Converted into a Double, There is also a Free Standing Table which turns the lounge into a Dining Area. The Kitchen is situated in the middle of the caravan it includes all the essentials. It comes with an Oven, Grill, Hob, Sink and a Fridge / Freezer. Opposite the Kitchen is the Wardrobe. The Bathroom is also in the middle of the caravan. It has a Cassette Toilet, Sink and a Shower. The Bedroom is at the end of the caravan. It Includes Fixed Triple Bunk Beds and a Dinette which, can be converted into a Single Bed. Throughout the Bailey Ranger 540-6 2009 is plenty of storage space.
🗓️ Left side rear corner trim has a 6 inch surface scrape, Cosmetic/surface only no internal damage (pictures shown).
🗓️ CRIS registered, original paperwork from Bailey and instructions for all appliances.
🗓️ In 2022 high damp readings on back rear end panel, this has been resealed and since we’ve owned the van since 2023, we’ve undertaken regular care of this area and the readings are now significantly lower (20%) which show this has been resolved. Last 3 service documents to show this can be shown for peace of mind.
