Bailey caravan 8ft wide in excellent condition throughout. Selling as we want to go touring again, and we don’t need a big van. It is sited at Bayview farmers campsite near woolacombe on a 12 month seasonal pitch.All what you can see in the pictures are going with the van. The awning which is a residents all season air awning was just purchased a couple of months ago at a cost of £3000. So in new condition,the floor in the awning is made up of plastic pallets and wood sheets screwed down then lino on top. It has a new washing machine again two months old,beer fridge, dishwasher ,air-fryer, kettle, toaster,ice maker and all the kitchen plates bowls. All the other kitchen utensils you would need. All the other items you can see in the pictures are also going with the caravan ie: 3 tvs chairs tables . Outside has artificial grass fencing and rattan furniture , bbq and storage boxes. The pitch fees are paid up until the end of October so can be used on site until then.with the option of paying for another 12 months which is £3840.00
