Atlas Sahara 2006
Beautiful atlas sahara, 2 bedroom static caravan, electric heating, double-glazed, laminate throughout. Sleeps 4 in bedrooms plus a pull out double in living room. No faults, outside tap and hose.
Sited on Haven Golden Sands, 5 min walk from sandy beach, all haven perks, can be rented privately with haven passes. No age limit.
Site fees for a year are £4300 plus rates or you can move it where ever you want or rent it out if you want to run a business. Pitch supports much larger statics, you can px it for more than its asking price for a newer one. Gas certificate and electric up to date.
Ready to go.
Price is fairly firm, if asking price is met then everything inside is included, you can start using it immediately and will only need bedding. We love this van and only selling because we plan on doing a loft conversion at home. 1st to see will buy.
All sales have to go through haven to be signed over.
