We have now completed our renovations on this 32ft NorthTrail Heartland RV. Up for sale for £15k and open to negotiation.
This van is to be towed rather than a 5th wheel model.
Van will be sold with two sets of stabilisers for the slide outs also.
120L tank capacity. – 3 tanks; fresh, grey and toilet.
‘Stinky slinky’ toilet and waste water system – we empty into a 50L waste Hog for sites with no waste connection point in the ground. Takes a practice but you get the hang of it 🤣 – happy to sanitise waste hog and pass this on with the van.
No damp in the van – renovated and fully sealed and weatherproofed throughout. All new wood that we have put in has been treated for 24hrs before being laid. Front room completely rebuilt and back room floor replaced also.
Van needs new water heater we haven’t replaced as fortunate to have hot water facilities near by.
We have a reliable American RV mechanic (Watts Broken) who can help with this and has done plenty of work on this van for us in the past 12 months. Price will be around £750-£950.
Can send van with 47kg gas bottle if helpful.
The van has had:
- New decoration throughout
- Damp proof paint throughout – specific for wood / vans etc
- Completely resealed outside and inside
- Furnace serviced / repaired and fully working
- kitchen rebuild and insulation throughout that space.
- Bespoke access for the furnace to suit the space more and for easy access
- Bespoke kitchen worktop shelf that stretches across the whole surface for more storage if you want it
- Flooring replacement including main slide out.
Perks:
- Two entrance doors to the van with fully working locks, screen doors and 2 keys.
- Two fold out steps attached to the van – functional but need replacing with the same or freestanding steps
- Safety rail on front steps
- Two slide outs – one is for the main van area and one is in the back room. Both fully functioning and controlled by their own wall switches inside.
- Two large rooms front end and back end- back room has a bed in there that we made into a fold out double (to allow the slide out to be pulled in still).
- Small bath with shower overhead
- 120L capacity tanks with indoor tank level monitor on the wall- with hose attachment to connect to mains – we usually fill it with electric pump and 40L water roll – which we will send with the van
- Fully working ceiling A/C Unit with ceiling vents throughout the van – life saver in the summer!
- Full fan heating throughout (gas furnace)
- Open plan throughout and we’ve always had normal furniture in it (sofa, tables drawers etc)
- X1 47kg gas canister that well happy pass on with the van
- Pull out bike rack on the back of the van – we use this to store things off the floor when we pitch up
- Electric legs front and back
- X2 external doors either side of van that go into new bespoke storage areas. (Front)
- ‘Swivel’ TV unit that can face into living area or front room
The van is still being used daily and being heated etc but will be being moved to storage in the coming weeks.
the chassis has also been well looked after and had a brush down and fresh coat of BlackJacks this past summer.
Just a side note: we are very open people and willing to discuss negotiations but, we will not entertain offers of £5K 🤣
