The caravan is a 2-bedroom (6-berth) model and comes with double glazing, central heating, and a full length veranda. It’s priced at £25,000 which includes site fees for the remainder of 2025, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric safety certificates. It’s in excellent used condition and is sited on a corner pitch in a quiet area of the park with parking outside, and about 7-8 minutes walk from the main entertainment area and beach.
The caravan is a very good size at 38` x 12` and has a spacious side decking that runs the full length of the caravan and is 6ft wide, and has paving around the caravan. The lounge has a large U-shaped sofa (with a pull-out sofa-bed), a large TV unit with an electric fire beneath, and various display shelves. The kitchen is separate from the lounge and comes with a fridge-freezer, a gas cooker & hob (with extractor), a separate dining area with bench seating, a microwave shelf, and lots of storage cupboards.
The caravan has two bedrooms (one double and one with twin singles). The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite toilet, a dressing table, and lots of space around the bed. The twin room comes with 2 single beds (pushed together in photo) and its own wardrobe. Finally, there’s a family wash-room with a double-shower, toilet and sink.
West Sands is part of the fantastic Seal Bay Resort at Selsey (formerly Bunn Leisure). The park run a 10 month season and has a fantastic beach-front location with a wide choice of on-site facilities and entertainment. It’s actually made up of 3 separate parks which share their facilities, and this caravan is sited on the family-friendly West Sands area. This section is more activity-focussed and has plenty to keep everyone occupied. There’s the 1 mile long beach, the Oasis swimming pool centre with flumes and a lazy river, The Embassy Club with nightly entertainment, a fun-fair, yacht club, gym, amusement arcade, playground, sports & tennis courts, shop, restaurant, coffee shop, go carting, & kids clubs. The on-site bus service will also take you around to the other entertainment centres of the park if you fancy a change. The park organises lots of activities for all ages, and has an owners-only entertainment program. The park also has 24hr security, and offers a full-sublet service should you want to rent out the caravan.
