Much loved family caravan. A very clean example and well looked after. Reason for sale is to upgrade to a motorhome.
It has a brilliantly designed layout, with bunk beds for four (two fixed and two more to create from a dining area) and a long lounge, capable of making two singles or a king size bed.
Clever layout with lots of sleeping options, seating, dinning, large kitchenette, and spacious shower room.
Despite the huge amount of storage options, it’s still very spacious and open. Aided greatly by multiple opening skylights.
All windows, skylights and doors have retractable fly screens and blinds fitted, in addition to standard curtains.
Motor mover (serviced in May 2024) with remote control.
Sleeping:
Each fixed bunk has its own curtain and bright reading light. The curtain for the second bunks has an impressively neat hide-away arrangement; its track takes it into its own cabinet that forms part of the wall dividing the lounge from the dining area.
The king size bed is very sturdy, as this model uses a retractable metal frame, rather than the typical slats linked by webbing arrangement.
Showering:
The shower cubicle is circular, with a sliding door and built in shelving for toiletries. There’s enough floor space for a parent to organise the showering and towelling routines for little ones!
The wash-hand basin is very stylish with chrome fittings. The toilet features a swivel bowl, electric flush, and external cassette. The cistern is filled, and the cassette emptied, from outside the van… It couldn’t be any easier!
Storage:
Two long settees (each with full-length front doors) and two dining seats, plus a large area beneath the bunks, there’s plenty of lower storage space for the needs of up to six. There are three ways to get into the space under the lower bunk – You can raise the bottom bunk, open the door in the base, or you can put stuff in through the exterior hatch… Brilliant!
High-level storage cupboards all round and a large wardrobe for hanging space.
Dining:
The versatile dining arrangements will suit pretty much all family needs. Two can dine at the dinette, with a further six at the main table. The folding dining table fits securely in one of the base units and can be assembled and stowed away in seconds.
Kitchen:
Plenty of kitchen storage, with integrated drawers, integrated microwave, 3-way fridge/freezer, gas oven, and gas AND electric hob. Comes with a chopping board over sink and a folding worktop, to increase the counter top area.
Entertainment:
Built in radio and speakers. Smart TV can be included, and a TV antenna is built-in to the caravan; raised from inside the wardrobe, with integrated outlet by TV mounting bracket.
Lighting:
Multiple lighting options with touch panel ceiling lighting, spot lights and reading lights throughout. External lighting over door, switched from inside the caravan.
Miscellaneous:
External 230v power socket, to provide power to an awning without the need to run an extension cable out of a window!
Multiple external storage lockers.
Spare wheel included.
Chassis serviced in May 2024.
