Brand New Tyres & a recently replaced Leisure Battery: Zero maintenance required for the foreseeable future.
LAYOUT & INTERIOR:
Highly versatile 4-berth layout in immaculate condition, featuring a spacious front lounge (converts to 2 singles or a large double bed), a side dinette (converts to bunk beds with a privacy curtain). A premium full-width end washroom with a separate shower cubicle, vanity sink, cassette toilet, large wardrobe with storage shelves and two large storage drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, full oven, grill, microwave, and 3-way fridge.
The exterior overall is in exceptional condition for a caravan of its age, apart from two small areas of tiny dents, where awning poles came down in a storm. (See pictures) But this doesn’t detract from it’s exceptional appearance.
