I am only looking to cover the costs I have incurred so far ie caravan purchases, double glazing, materials, plastering and professional tradesmen. All caravan jacks come with the sale.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to remove the caravans, double glazed front door and any relevant framing that can be taken.
