Can be towed easily.
Has a fully functioning toilet and shower.
Electrics, stove top and oven all work completely fine.
I’m selling it on as my friend, who I am renting it out to, is leaving Cornwall aswell as myself.
There is a small crack in the front left window but has been temporarily fixed and have had no further issues with it.
This would be perfect for a couple or an individual looking for a cozy space to live in permanently or used for holidays.
Has survived winters and brutal Coastal winds.
I am 6’1 myself and fit in it just fine!
Needs to be gone by end of September.
