Included with trailer will be the awning including all the mounts, pegs and floor mat.
It will also come with a fresh and waste water tank, water pump, waste water pipe and a 16A electric cable.
Form the mechanical point of view the trailer is in top notch condition for its age. Last year I replaced both tyres and cleaned out the brake drums.
The caravan is registered with the Cris and comes with all the paperwork.
