All the inventory is being left and is relatively new, pots, pans, cutlery, Air fryer, Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster, bedding etc, there is nothing needed here, also a new quality bed/setee and 2 lovely recliner chairs and oak dining tableand quality chairs.
It is an 11 month season and great for steam train enthusats as you can see it pass by our kitchen window, and photos can be taken with guests here as the site has a lot of holidaying train enthusiasts, there are trail for cycling, trekking, nature walks, seeing the Exmoor ponies etc, nearby the lovely village of Dunster, at te foot of the castle with antique shops and great restaurants and cafe’s, then there is Butlins a few miles away, for those who like to fish, right outside the entrance of this park, is the seafront, where anglers line the prom with their rods out, casting out to sea off the sea wall, catching plenty of sea fish, so dinner can be caught here twice a day.
There is too much to mention in a few paragraphs, but lastly, I let the place out when not in use by us, and it brings in around £8000, which takes care of the £4300 fees, with money to spare, and we only charge £750 for a week in high season, so families can enjoy a reasdonably inexpensive holiday in luxury, it lets ou at xmas as well as it is a home from home experience.
This is an ideal opportunity to own your own great holiday home, or buy iy with family and share the very cheap cost, this is a giveaway price and reduced for xmas, so cheaper than a good second hand car, but a lot more pleasure will be had here with a heated indoor pool, spa and mini-gym with 10 free yearly passess for family.
